Use Avail.co to pay rent online
We are introducing a new, more convenient option to pay rent online starting September 2023: Avail.co
You should be sent an invite to sign up for the site given the email when you signed the lease (If you have not received an email invite, please notify us and we will get one sent to you asap).
Once you have created an account, you can either link your bank account for payments, or pay by credit/debit.
Credit/Debit card payments will be charged a 3.5% processing fee. Tenants pay $2.50 per bank transfer.
Email reminders will be sent 5 days before rent is due, on the 1st of the month, and a late fee reminder will be sent after the 5th of each month. Make sure to pay on time to avoid the extra fees.
